The ebb and flow,
The come and go,
It is forever changing.
Here one moment,
Gone the next
At least that is the “seeming.”

Yet constancy
Prevails, you see,
Of everything renewing.
The ebb and flow,
Is here and now,
The evidence of Be-ing.

It’s not of loss,
It’s not of gain.
Not even of “becoming.”
And so we learn
That we can’t earn
Our Wholeness by achieving.

And we relax
And we release
The act of misperceiving.
In the peace
Of such release
There is no more reacting.

One takes his place
In the embrace
Of all-inclusive caring.

And Love expressed
And Love expressing
Join in conscious blessing.
Free of doubt,
Full of faith . . .
Uninterrupted Be-ing.

Forever here,
Forever now,
A brand new way of seeing.
Not of “thinking,”
Or of judging,
Only That of Knowing.
