Dear friends,
Together we are . . . all of us . . . being the reflection of fulfillment, meeting needs in concert, even though no one has overseen and organized the giving. American Express was paid on time. And when it was, the balance left remaining in the bank account was just enough to keep it open. Nothing more.
Such order is most interesting, even quite miraculous when one is free of concepts, since meeting needs is Love fulfilled, and not accumulation of unneeded wealth, or savings for a rainy day.
This is yet another way to look at Be-ing . . . free of what is called “becoming”. . . and enjoying “having” rather than of “getting,” even though it is unnerving to BE without engaging in achievement and unable to take credit for one’s good.
This is especially concerning to the one conditioned by his culture to achieve his good by earning it . . . becoming something of significance. Or else, as he is likewise misinformed, he must remain inconsequential and become the doormat of those claiming such authority . . . thus justifying what is nothing more than faithlessness.
Indeed, it is not lack of excess good which generates concern, but misplaced faith in chaos as the dominant reality which calls for and requires one to generate the elements of peace, himself. This misdirection of the mindset thereby claims the absence of a cushion of awaiting wealth . . . and one’s neglecting to correct it . . . as the source of stress.
It is not true.
On Sunday, May 19th, when the bill was paid with just $5 left to spare, inequity was nonexistent! Need was met! Nothing else that day was needed . . . and it wasn’t there!
Was this perfection? To be acknowledged? Or was there “something” not quite right, about which some concern was called for and appropriate?
It’s beautifully simple! There is no grace . . . not in “becoming.” Grace is only found in Be-ing. And so, before you take a single breath or raise your little finger, “it is the Father’s pleasure to give to you the Kingdom.” And . . . as if by “plan”. . . everything conspires to identify that Fact—everything “in concert”—but without the supervision of an independent organizer.
This is the Truth!
The “culture” of self-made success, a cruel and relentless teacher (one of faithlessness) colors every aspect of one’s Be-ing with the distraction of “becoming” something, with no alternative. And thus the “concert” of everything conspiring to reveal the Father’s Will withholding nothing from His Self-expression is ignored or overlooked.
The lesson, here, lies in the meaning of this teaching from the Course:
“The strain of refusing faith to truth
is enormous, and far greater
than you realize.
But to answer truth with faith
entails no strain at all.”
And how do you give faith to Truth? By, for example, being grateful for the payment of a bill with just $5 left to spare, together with the recognition of it evidencing many others, many things, many factors, moving in harmonious expression of an undivided infinite Intent—the opposite of any element of self-protection or defense. The experience of Brotherhood!
That is grace!
That is miraculous!
That is to be allowed!
It is the Culture of Love!
It is the fluid, eternal
miracle of Be-ing!

Since Sunday, $840 has been received and is currently sitting in the Foundation’s bank account. An additional $2,689 will be needed to meet current obligations over the next seven days, and everyone is once again invited to be part of the concert—the embrace . . . as well as the expression . . . of Brotherhood.
