Dear friends,

Thank you to everyone who responded to the invitation on August 3rd. The needs were met with gratitude.

Now, as we approach the 20th of the month with its obligations of $5,300 we once again invite everyone to participate in an act of Brotherhood — the making of a gift which makes it possible for everything we do to be a gift.

Brotherhood, not commerce or transactions, must be that which moves our Love around the globe, transforming it, illuminating everyone, promoting sudden shifts of perception — the miracles of Awakening. And these frequent invitations are more than necessary nuisances meant to generate cash flow. They make us more consciously aware of our Brother while confirming to us the active place we hold in his life as his Brother.

It is important to realize that the acts of kindness which we are engaging in, together with the experience the ones receiving them are having, energize and confirm relationships, Brotherhood — something transactional behavior, “this” for “that,” can never do! And Brotherhood, when it is the focus, naturally gives form to the Sanity of humaneness and renders it visible.

Said the other way around: The fundamental need for humaneness causes everyone to ultimately search for Sane behavior with each other, and when it is found, it uncovers and illuminates what true Brotherhood is. That’s the sudden shift of perception — the miracle. It’s the point at which the world presently finds itself. And we are the Brothers, the Sisters — every single one of us — who are called upon to find the Sane behavior with each other and illuminate what true Brotherhood is by looking into our Brothers’ eyes, remembering our Father, and behaving as Family.
