Random quote: Trust is the wedge that holds open the ever-clamping shut mind. Trust allows for Truth to enter.

Peaceful Means,

I am making a call. Strange it may seem, but I call for a full boycott of All French products by those who do not want to see Saddam Hussein remain in power. I would call equally, for all those countries, and those people who are against a U.S. war and reformation in Iraq, and equal boycott of American Products.

What this would do, would put the balance of Power between the True military powers in alliance. It would allow for China and the U.S. a friendship status where trade could happen in an equal trade/development of that country. China and Russia would no longer need a go between and the three alliances could easily deal with the present North Korea situation.

France could have the proposed better deal with Africa - the could trade freely there as with the Germans. (If you have ever played a game of Risk, you know that holding africa is not a strong point - but this is about a win win). France and the EU could then trade fully with each other along with Africa, France and the EU could hold the burden of the wellness of that region. And the middle east would be able to dictate its own destiny.

As you know, if we are dealing within the mind frame of finite resources (which the world uses), Russia holds huge oil reserves that have not been developed post the fall of the U.S.S.R. for many reasons. Political instability, the russian mob, etc. have been the reasons cited, but are probably not the problem. It far more frightening economically to a struggling world at that point for that region. who were highly technologically savvey, very high in population, to become fully consuming societies, how would we bear the burden of economically restoration, political restoration, allow for trade and help the region become properous in western terms? Especially as the EU was being newly formed, and a bit uncertain of their ability to cohibate let alone have their currencies dependent on each other.

Now, the timing is diferent. The balance would be different, and trade, development could then go forth in a way that benefited all. Development through common interest and shared status that had no basis in hegemony.

This may sound symplistic, but pull out your Risk game, as well as a game of Pit. Remember that 4 years ago the worlds economies and currencies were on the brink of a worldwide depression, which the semi stability of the U.S. helped to bail out. The EU now has a chance to hold firm, dictate their own destiny, and the U.S., China, Russia, ancient enemies have now the ability to become present friends with mutual interest in each others welfare and development. This would stand to, in that the EU and The mid east have some ancient hadred conflicts that they could overcome at present as well and deal squarely with each other without having to play the U.S.A. card.

So how 'bout boycotting each other to establish friendships?
