Wow Robbieh . . i hear ya girl

And I know since this is your field of expertise what you say sounds quite reasonable and correct.

But there is one element here . . and that is: having all the facts for the particular situation described.

And doesn't each situation stand on its own?

I still maintain that once brought to the attention of the Owner, allowing for correction to be made . . and if it isn't then picking up the phone.

What would it benefit . .if everyone is intimidated to function out of fear, rather than love. . .

The environment becomes oppressive and filled with suspicion reinforcing the problem.

Now I have'nt seen what you have of course, but I know this principle works in every working environment and I would rather see willingness to correct take place rather fear-based strong-armed tactics

This is a good topic
and I'm glad Heather has brought it up
and I'm appreciative of your perspective Robbieh, don't get me wrong

it's just that we are now on a new paradigm of transformation . . corrective behavior . . one that looks for willingness to change rather than intimidation into conforming (which never facilitates change from what I've observed)

Anyway her particular situation felt hopeful
