Location: Seattle, WA | The Rich Edit Control won't fully load correctly under some browsers. So if you're having problems seeing the place to enter text, check your profile and turn off the "Would you like to use the rich-edit box when composing new messages (IE 5.0+ or higher)" option to see if that fixes it.
You could also be sure to use Internet Explorer 5.0+ or higher to be able to use the Rich Edit Control feature.
