Further above he says: "...the fundamental perspective of brotherly love which is the bringer of peace, the infusion of Wholeness, and the experience of a sound mind—yours!"  To me that sounds like a wonderful 'reward', experience.  

That which we do in order to experience this reward is the following:

"... be that which facilitates the transition to the half-full perspective,"

Oh,  I get the sense of the overall meaning of the words you are referencing is that He is giving a Loving Brotherly nudge, to do what meets the need, to give our Attention for a brother or sister. It's like, how can one see God in our brother's eye (and thereby remember Who we are) if we don't look into them first?  That is what comes up for me.  Thanks again for asking.  I have enjoyed being with this.  I hope it works for you too.
