Location: the Rock/Newfoundland		... for ones who enjoy a real live visual meditation ... here is a lovely video house-sister made very early morning yesterday ... note especially at 15:07 a rainbow 'lying across the ocean' ... and at 16:02 (Fran comes to mind) an iceberg the waves have been playing with ... at that moment seems to choose to stop holding itself together (like many of us no doubt) ... and begins the process of returning to the 'Ocean' ... anyway, nuff words ... lets be still and enjoy her lovely creation ...
