William, I've read your work and it is wonderful that you can share this with others.  I have some questions and I must admit that it has been a quick read.  Nonetheless, I also wonder "how".  Perhaps as we continue to ask and listen, that will become apparant.

I have taken this whole thread over to the sandbox under, 'just another thing';  this here has already moved to page 2 and this seems like a subject that will continue to grow and expand so I moved it there in order to keep track of all the bits and pieces that may come up. 

I have kept a document on which I have written some observatons and questions and I will post it under a reply.  It is not necessary at all that this format be kept, it just has given me some peace of mind in being able to quickly find what I want to get back to or what I find unfolding.

You are welcome to read my reply-of course!- but please note that I have read this and writen with time restraints.  Better get started though, so there it is.
