When I was having such a hard time, I called Tom Whitmore and asked Him to send Me the great file (also from Princeville I think) that He sent Me 10+ years ago when My face bones needed big time healing from a freak accident.  I listened to that one 24/7 until My cd player quit. 

When He sent it, He sent this one too.  I forgot all about them, and they were so helpful.  I re-recorded them with low kbs so can send if You want to hear them.
