Just wondered if you've had any replies at all yet? I never responded until now as i am on the other side of the pond and therfore not so much use to you...
Am not doing the lessons but it seems to me just listening and being with the audio (and sometimes video) of the weekly meetings gives the ego enough of a fright to cause mighty disturbances in my life. Sometimes I don't know if I am going insane (well, according to Raj, that's the situation already unless we're in our right mind).
Other times I can spot it quite well and can come out of awful places quite quickly. It's been rocky though recently and I miss the Q&A sessions.
