hahahaha Rissey you make me laugh so much,

The little wavey man is what is called a .gif file (an animated pic) you can find em all over the web, and to get one, you just right click on them, choose "save as' and it will have a name. It will save to a folder on your hard drive (remember to note which folder so you can find it again) and thats it, you are now the proud owner of a .gif. The next step is to go to your profile here, by clicking the button "settings" and selecting "Upload message avatar" (something like that anyway) and you will be taken to another box.....on that one look for the button "browse" click it, and navigate to your little .gif and click it, select 'open' and it will upload. and there you are......... finally click "submit" to update your profile.

You can do the same with a pic of yourself that is saved on your hard drive as a .jpg file.
